Linearity Reflectance Standard Set - Square Tiles

Linearity Reflectance StandardThe Square Tile Linearity Reflectance Standard (shown at left) can be used to correct the photometric scale by scanning the set together with the target sample. The set includes eight diffuse reflective tiles with reflectance values ranging from 99% to 2% and calibrated spectra in the UV, visible, and NIR wavelength ranges. This set can be used both with near-infrared instruments and hyperspectral cameras. When used with a push-broom hyperspectral camera, the whole set can quickly be measured in one scan prior to sample measurements, or included in the image for linearity correction calculations. The 8 degree hemispherical diffuse reflectance of the material is ooptionally traceable to the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), and detailed values and certificate are provided with these standards.

Sealed Linearity Reflectance Standards Set

Linearity reflectance standards spectraMiddleton Spectral Vision offers sealed linearity reflectance standards in either six- or eight-piece sets. These linearity standards are NRC traceable. The sealed standards have advantages over comparable sintered PTFE standards. Sintered standards are exposed to changes in lab atmosphere and could become contaminated with use. A glass window protects the standards from environmental changes.

The sets include the following standards:
Six-piece set: white, 80%R, 40%R, 20%R, 10%R, and dark
Eight-piece set: white, 80%R, 60%R, 40%R, 20%R, 10%R, 5%R, and dark
Size: 2.25” diameter x 0.6” thickness
Optical area: 1.65” (41.8 mm) diameter

Near-Infrared Linearity and Wavelength Standard Kit

NIR Linearity and Wavelength Standard KitThe NIR Linearity and Wavelength Standard Kit includes sealed linearity standards (white, 40%R, 10%R, dark) and a NIR wavelength standard (MRC-910-1920x-40). For more information on the NIR wavelength standard, refer to information on the following page. The set is provided in a protective wood case.

These traceable validation standards are used to validate hyperspectral NIR and SWIR cameras and systems. Hyperspectral cameras are validated along every point of the spatial axis.

Size of individual standards: 2.25” diameter x 0.6” thickness

Optical area: 1.65” (41.8 mm) diameter
