The Bruker M6 JETSTREAM can be easily moved around an art gallery, museum or shop floor to scan large samples. The scan area is 800mm x 600mm with a variable spot size down to 100 µm and speeds of up to 100 mm/s .The pixel dwell time is as short as 1 ms, for “on-the-fly” analysis.
